PLEASE NOTE:
We are a newly formed non-partisan group. And as much as we think making this correction to the way data is collected is essential, we also recognize there are collateral issues we may also need to address. We DON'T have all the answers. In the case these issues arise, it could be a wonderful opportunity to work through them as a group.
The possible barriers include:
